TLC Allied is seeking an Acute Care Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Tillamook, OR. This position pays $2,536 to $2,815 per week and works day shifts scheduled 4 x 10. The Physical Therapist will evaluate hospitalized patients, develop treatment plans, and provide early mobility, gait, balance, strength, and functional recovery interventions. Responsibilities include patient education, discharge planning, EHR documentation, and collaboration with nursing, physicians, and case management. Candidates need a DPT or equivalent, current U.S. PT licensure, CPR/BLS, and 1–3 years of PT experience in a hospital or acute care setting. Experience with stroke or post-surgical rehabilitation and discharge planning is preferred.
