Responsibilities:

Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized therapy plans.

Implement and modify treatment interventions based on patient progress.

Document patient evaluations, treatments, and progress accurately.

Educate patients and families on exercises and activities to support recovery.

Maintain compliance with all safety and clinical standards.

Qualifications:

•
Hold a valid state license or credential as a Physical Therapist.

Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from accredited programs.

Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
