Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Long Term Care - Newton, TX

Pay & Benefits:

What Youll Do:
- Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients in long-term care settings
- Conduct therapeutic exercises, massage, gait, and balance training
- Document patient progress accurately and report findings to supervising therapists
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during interventions
- Maintain professional standards and adhere to facility policies
What You Need:
- Valid PTA license in Texas or the appropriate state
- Prior experience in long-term care or similar settings preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting
