## About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Thought Leader Liaison for our Lung and Head and Neck Oncology team, covering the Pacific Northwest District including Northern California, Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. This is a field-based position, with preference for the candidate to be located in a major metropolitan market with easy access to a national airport. While specific cities are listed for reference, we invite candidates from any location to apply.

### What You'll Do

As the Sr. Thought Leader Liaison – Product Director, Lung and Head and Neck, you will lead the Pacific Northwest District Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement strategy and contribute significantly to the overall KOL strategy to expand engagement capabilities with innovation solutions across the Lung and Head and Neck Portfolio. This role requires close collaboration with Brand teams, sales leaders, key business partners, and medical teams to elevate brand advocacy. You must thrive in a dynamic environment with a strong focus on patient impact and exceptional customer centricity.

Key activities include:

- Leading the development and execution of Regional KOL engagement strategy, marketing education strategy, and faculty development

- Overseeing regional peer-to-peer marketing plans, health care compliance training for faculty, and related activities

- Serving as a key member of the RYBREVANT Brand team, providing local market insights to shape future strategies

- Building trusting relationships with academic and community KOLs and other stakeholders

- Maintaining pulse on Regional Lung Cancer and Head and Neck Cancer trends and coordinating marketing education and engagement plans with cross-functional partners

- Partnering with the integrated analytics team to understand regional treatment variations

- Monitoring the Regional marketing budget and providing feedback on business planning

- Shaping innovative educational platforms and creating solutions for KOL engagement at medical congresses

- Leading overall brand strategy including mapping, framework development, and engagement planning for current and future launches

- Partnering with Commercial Excellence to develop tools for insight generation and 3rd party placement

- Potentially managing other oncology TLLs to increase capabilities and maximize impact

- Maintaining complete understanding of ACCME/HCC/Ph. RMA Guidelines

This position requires greater than 50% travel (up to 65%) to field-based educational events (many on weekends), internal meetings, advisory boards, medical meetings, congresses, and select program attendance.

### Who We're Looking For
• *Required Qualifications**

- BA/BS degree in a related field required; MBA, MD, Pharm. D, Ph. D or other graduate degree preferred

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing, medical, key account management, sales, or sales leadership, ideally engaging with KOLs/Influential HCPs and professional healthcare organizations

- Deep understanding and experience working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders

- Demonstrated ability to innovate, collaborate, and deliver results

- Understanding of key industry trends and ability to develop competitive strategies

- Ability to build and manage lasting customer relationships with focus on patient impact

- Valid driver's license issued in the United States
• *Preferred Qualifications**

- Previous cross-functional industry experience in pharma or biotech engaging with KOLs and professional healthcare associations

- Deep medical/scientific knowledge with understanding of the oncology marketplace

- Experience leading through change and transformation

- Exceptional communication and leadership skills

- Demonstrated commitment to learning emerging technologies such as AI through exploration and application

### Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $137,000.00 - $235,750.00. Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). Time off benefits include: Vacation (120 hours per calendar year), Sick time (40 hours per year; 48 in Colorado; 56 in Washington), Holiday pay including Floating Holidays (13 days per year), Work, Personal and Family Time (up to 40 hours per year), Parental Leave (480 hours within one year of birth/adoption/foster care), Bereavement Leave (240 hours for immediate family; 40 for extended), Caregiver Leave (80 hours in a 52-week rolling period), Volunteer Leave (32 hours per year), and Military Spouse Time
