Senior Thought Leader Liaison, Lung and Head and Neck Oncology - Pacific Northwest

## The Opportunity

Our Oncology team is focused on eliminating cancer by discovering new pathways and modalities. This role sits within the Lung and Head and Neck Oncology portfolio, specifically covering the Pacific Northwest District (Northern California, Washington, Oregon, Idaho). It is a field-based position requiring travel to educational events, congresses, and internal meetings—often on weekends.

### Your Impact

As Senior Thought Leader Liaison, you'll lead the district's Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement strategy. You will collaborate closely with Brand teams, sales leaders, medical teams, and business partners to elevate brand advocacy and expand engagement capabilities. This includes developing regional KOL strategies, marketing education plans, and faculty development. You'll provide local market insights to the RYBREVANT Brand team, monitor regional trends, and coordinate engagement plans with cross-functional partners. You will also manage the regional marketing budget, help shape innovative educational platforms, and potentially supervise other oncology TLLs. A strong understanding of ACCME, HCC, and Ph. RMA guidelines is required.

### Who You Are

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of a BA/BS degree (MBA, MD, Pharm. D, or Ph. D preferred). You bring at least 6 years of experience in marketing, medical affairs, key account management, sales, or sales leadership, ideally engaging with KOLs and influential healthcare professionals. You have a demonstrable ability to build lasting customer relationships, a solid grasp of industry trends, and the capacity to develop strategies that maximize patient outcomes. A valid US driver's license is required.

Preferred qualifications include previous cross-functional pharma/biotech experience working with KOLs and professional healthcare organizations, deep medical/scientific knowledge of the oncology marketplace, exceptional communication and leadership skills, and a commitment to learning emerging technologies like AI.

### Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated base pay range is **$137,000 to $235,750** per year. Johnson & Johnson offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:

- Consolidated retirement plan (pension) and 401(k) savings plan

- Vacation: 120 hours per calendar year

- Sick time: 40 hours per year (48 in Colorado, 56 in Washington)

- 13 paid holidays including floating holidays

- Work, Personal and Family Time: up to 40 hours per year

- Parental Leave: 480 hours within one year of birth/adoption/foster placement

- Bereavement Leave: 240 hours for immediate family, 40 hours for extended family per year

- Caregiver Leave: 80 hours per rolling 52-week period

- Off: 80 hours per year

Travel for this role exceeds 50% (up to 65%) and includes weekend attendance at field events, congresses, and advisory boards.
