We are recruiting for a **Senior Thought Leader Liaison, Lung and Head and Neck Oncology** to support the Midwest region, specifically the Great Plains District including Kansas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, and Illinois. This is a field-based position in the United States, with preference for a candidate in a major metropolitan market with easy access to a national airport. While specific cities are listed as examples, we invite candidates from any location to apply.

### The Role

The Sr. Thought Leader Liaison – Product Director, Lung and Head and Neck will lead the Great Plains District Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement strategy and contribute to the overall KOL strategy to expand engagement capabilities across the Lung and Head and Neck Portfolio. This role requires close collaboration with Brand teams, sales leaders, key business partners, and medical teams to elevate brand advocacy.

You will thrive in a dynamic environment with a strong focus on patient impact and exceptional customer centricity. The position requires greater than 50% travel (up to 65%) to field-based educational events, many occurring on weekends, including internal meetings, advisory boards, medical meetings, congresses, and select program attendance.

### Key Responsibilities

- Lead development and execution of Regional KOL engagement strategy, marketing education strategy, and faculty development, including oversight of regional peer-to-peer marketing plans and health care compliance training for faculty.

- Serve as a key member of the RYBREVANT Brand team, providing local market insights and feedback to shape future brand strategies.

- Build trusting relationships with academic and community KOLs and other key stakeholders to achieve above-brand priorities.

- Monitor regional lung cancer and head and neck cancer trends, coordinating regional marketing education and engagement plans with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment with brand strategic imperatives.

- Partner with integrated analytics to understand regional treatment pattern variations for peer-to-peer and insight program placement.

- Monitor the regional marketing budget and provide continuous feedback on business planning.

- Help shape future innovative educational platforms, including national and regional recommendations tailored to local needs, and create innovative solutions for engaging KOLs at medical congresses.

- Lead overall brand strategy including mapping, framework development, and innovative engagement planning for current brands and future launches, encompassing KOL strategy, planning, agency management, and championing materials through CAC, Totality, and MRC.

- Partner with Commercial Excellence to develop tools for insight generation and third-party placement.

- Potentially manage other oncology TLLs to increase capabilities and maximize impact on key initiatives.

- Maintain a complete understanding of ACCME/HCC/Ph. RMA guidelines.

### Qualifications & Experience

- **Required:** BA/BS degree in a related field; MBA, MD, Pharm. D, Ph. D, or other related graduate degree preferred.

- **Experience:** Minimum of 6 years in marketing, medical, key account management, sales, or sales leadership, ideally engaging with KOLs/influential HCPs and professional healthcare organizations.

- Deep understanding of working cross-functionally with various internal and external stakeholders, with strong ability to innovate, collaborate, and deliver results.

- Demonstrated understanding of key industry trends and ability to develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition and maximize patient outcomes.

- Demonstrated ability to build and manage relevant, lasting customer relationships with strong focus on patient impact and outstanding customer centricity.

- A valid U.S. driver's license is required.

- Greater than 50% travel required (up to 65%) to field-based educational events, internal meetings, congresses, and select program attendance, many on weekends.

### Preferred Qualifications

- Previous cross-functional industry experience in pharma or biotech engaging with KOLs and professional healthcare associations.

- Deep medical/scientific knowledge with a firm understanding of the oncology marketplace.

- Experience leading through change and transformation, with exceptional communication and leadership skills.

- Demonstrated commitment to learning emerging technologies, such as AI, through exploration and iteration.

### Compensation & Benefits

- **Base pay range:** $137,000 – $235,750 per year.

- Eligible for the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

- Subject to policies and date of hire: Vacation – 120 hours per calendar year; Sick time – 40 hours per year (48 in Colorado, 56 in Washington); Holiday pay including Floating Holidays – 13 days per year; Work, Personal and Family Time – up to 40 hours per year; Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of birth/adoption/foster care; Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for immediate family, 40 hours for extended family per year; Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period; Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per year; Military Spouse Time

- Off – 80 hours per year.
