The Role


- Manage a focused docket of 15–35 active liability files (trucking/auto/premises)
- Handle defense from intake through resolution: hearings, depositions, mediations, inspections
- Maintain ~160 billable hours/month average
- Collaborate remotely while staying connected to the team






Compensation & Perks


- Base salary up to $200,000 (DOE)
- Discretionary year-end bonus (recent examples: $10K–$15K+)

Must-Haves


- 7+ years of insurance defense litigation experience
- Expertise in trucking, auto, premises liability, or similar liability defense
- Active Texas Bar license
- Strong client service focus, communication skills, and stability (no frequent job changes)
