Location/Schedule: New York City – Three days per week in office

Compensation: Up to $250,000 + Plus bonus potential

Duties and Responsibilities:


- Manage personal injury matters from filing through verdict.
- Meet with clients and initiate lawsuits.
- Draft and respond to written discovery.
- Take fact-witness and expert depositions.
- Retain and work closely with appropriate expert witnesses.
- Handle court appearances, hearings and motion practice.
- Prepare for and attend mediations.
- Develop cases for trial and try them to verdict.
- Draft and file appropriate post-trial motions.
- Direct support staff and participate in file audits and trial clinics.






Core Requirements:


- Active New York Bar admission.
- At least three years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
- A proven record of success, including at least two jury trials as first chair.
- Ability to manage a large and active caseload from filing through verdict.
- Strong courtroom presence, written advocacy and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead and provide direction to supporting staff.
