Qualifications and Experience:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with valid credentials to practice in California

• Experience in school-based settings preferred

• Familiarity with home health, teletherapy, and general healthcare OT practices

• Strong communication skills for teamwork and collaboration

• Ability to conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

• Comfortable adapting therapy approaches for virtual and in-person delivery

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations for students

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education program (IEP) goals

• Provide direct therapy sessions both in schools and via teletherapy or home visits

• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and family members

• Maintain thorough, accurate documentation and progress notes

• Educate staff and families on strategies to promote student success across settings

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
