Position Overview

We are seeking a School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) to support a district. This role focuses on helping students develop the functional, sensory, and motor skills needed for success in the classroom environment.
Youll work as part of a collaborative school team to support student participation and independence across educational settings.

Key Responsibilities

•
Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and screenings

•
Develop and implement individualized IEP goals

•
Provide direct therapy services (fine motor, sensory integration, self-help skills)

•
Track progress and maintain required documentation

•
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families

•
Participate in IEP meetings and student support planning

Qualifications

•
Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy

•
Active Maryland OT license

•
NBCOT certification preferred

•
School-based experience preferred but not required

•
Strong communication and collaboration skills
