Start your assignment on August 25, 2026, with full-time hours (37.5 per week, Monday through Friday) and help empower students to develop the skills they need for success. Each position is focused on delivering high-quality, onsite services and collaborating with teachers, staff, and families.

What Youll Need:

• Active DE Occupational Therapist license (required at submission)

• Recent, relevant experience providing OT support in a school setting

• Strong evaluation, documentation, and individualized planning skills

• Ability to effectively manage a caseload across multiple school sites

• Commitment to ongoing communication and collaboration

• Willingness to pay for CBC fingerprinting as part of the onboarding process (confirmation required)

Caseload Locations:

• Split between Lancashire and Maple Lane Elementary

• Mount Pleasant Elementary

• Split between middle and high school groups

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

• Deliver direct therapy and consultative services to students

• Maintain thorough documentation of progress and interventions

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support educational goals

• Participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences

• Travel between assigned schools as needed
