RN Outpatient Oncology Clinic

Join HCA Healthcare as a PRN RN in our Outpatient Oncology Clinic, providing compassionate, evidence-based care to adult oncology patients. You will perform assessments, administer chemotherapy and infusions, manage central lines, monitor for adverse reactions, and educate patients and families on treatment plans and symptom management. Collaborate closely with oncologists, pharmacists, and the care team to coordinate care, ensure safety, and uphold quality standards. Responsibilities
• Provide direct nursing care to adult oncology patients in an outpatient clinic setting
• Perform patient assessments, triage, and ongoing symptom management
• Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and supportive infusions per protocols
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and respond to emergencies
• Manage central lines and maintain strict infusion safety standards
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, side effects, and home care
• Collaborate with oncologists, pharmacists, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Document assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately in the EMRFollow infection prevention, chemotherapy handling, and regulatory guidelines
• Support quality improvement and patient experience initiatives
