Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist to perform patient assessments, deliver respiratory care, and monitor therapies related to pulmonary diseases and sleep disorders.
Key Responsibilities Include
• Conducting patient assessments and administering respiratory procedures
• Performing critical care procedures in adult care areas
• Managing equipment and providing patient education
• Assisting with bronchoscopy and participating in cross-training opportunities
Qualifications
• Associates Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences
• Credentialed as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care
• Licensed by the State of Georgia
• Current BCLS and ACLS certifications
• Active practice with maintained competencies; experience preferred
This role involves working in adult ICU, medical/surgical units, NICU, pulmonary function lab, and performing inpatient EKGs. The team offers opportunities for cross-training, continuing education, and professional development to enhance skills and career growth.
