Job Description
Role: Registered Nurse MedSurg Oncology
Responsibilities:
• Assess, plan, and deliver individualized care to adult oncology and medical-surgical patients
• Administer medications and chemotherapy
• Monitor complex patient conditions and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families about treatment and care
• Support safe transitions of care and uphold quality and safety standards
Qualifications & Skills:
• Current RN licensure
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Knowledge of oncology treatments and medication administration
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
