Remote Physical Therapist in NJ

A position is available for a part-time physical therapist to provide telehealth and in-person services within a school setting in Gloucester City, NJ. Key Qualifications:

• Valid New Jersey Physical Therapist License

• School Physical Therapist Standard Certificate

• Experience in physical therapy services within schools and healthcare environments

• Ability to deliver telehealth physical therapy sessions effectively

Responsibilities:

• Provide up to 25 hours per week of physical therapy services, either via telehealth or onsite

• Deliver therapeutic interventions tailored to the individual needs of students

• Collaborate with educators and healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans and monitor progress

• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory and school requirements
