Registered Nurse - Vascular Access - Full-Time

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Nurse to deliver independent, comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting. The role involves utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation—to meet patient needs, including addressing psychological, emotional, cultural, and social aspects. The nurse will administer medications and treatments per protocols, monitor their effects, and document all patient interactions accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide routine and complex nursing care with a focus on long-term goals.
• Assess patient conditions, plan and implement appropriate interventions, and evaluate outcomes.
• Delegate tasks effectively to other care providers to manage clinical situations.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers, identifying learning needs and available resources.
• Ensure compliance with standards, including medication administration and documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of related nursing experience preferred.
• Current RN license in the state of employment or a compact license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

This full-time role offers multiple shifts and requires a candidate capable of practicing independently while collaborating within a healthcare team.
