Pharmacist - Chemotherapy Rx

Role Overview: This position is a vital part of a multidisciplinary team, providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care to oncology patients and supporting specialty care in Urology, Ophthalmology, Gynecology, Research, and Expanded Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care & Clinical Services: Deliver direct patient care, medication therapy management, dosing recommendations, and collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize treatment plans. Support clinical trials by preparing investigational medications and ensuring safety protocols. Attend rounds, monitor adverse effects, and assist in transitions of care.
• Dispensing & Order Fulfillment: Interpret medication orders, screen for interactions, and manage controlled substances accurately and efficiently.
• Operational & Leadership: Supervise pharmacy technicians, assist in staff training, participate in committees, and support research activities.

Qualifications & Skills: Licensed Pharmacist with a Bachelor's in Pharmacy and clinical experience. Strong clinical judgment, collaboration, and leadership abilities are essential for success in this role.
