Job Summary and Qualifications

The Registered Nurse in Transplant and Cellular Therapy provides direct patient care following established nursing standards, focusing on cellular therapy and complex blood cancer patients. Responsibilities include delivering and managing patient care, educating patients and their families, offering psychosocial support, and coordinating care across various facilities.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum 1 year of experience required; 3+ years preferred
• Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Transplant and Cellular Therapy training
• Bone Marrow Transplant Certified Nurse (BMT-CN) or Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) within 2 years required
• Completion of Intermediate Medical Care (IMC) competency within one year of hire
