Job Description
Position: Registered Nurse in a mixed unit of General Surgical, Oncology/Chemo, and Hospice care.
Responsibilities: Provide safe, compassionate nursing care by planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
Qualifications: Associate Degree or higher in Nursing; current Illinois RN licensure; CPR certification; chemotherapy/biotherapy certification within four years. Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree or higher and at least one year of inpatient nursing experience.
Skills: Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills.
Key Duties: Deliver direct patient care, coordinate with multidisciplinary team, and ensure adherence to care protocols. Maintain certifications and stay updated with best practices.
