Job Description
Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical, full-time, 36 hours/week, days
Responsibilities
• Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care and ensure professional accountability.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by team members.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments to ensure quality and continuity.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of information.
• Perform duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards.
Qualifications & Skills
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Valid RN license in Missouri or valid compact licensure.
• Preferred hospital experience; BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform mobility tasks.
• Prior experience in clinical or specialty areas is a plus.
Additional Qualifications
• BSN preferred; additional licensure or certifications advantageous.
