Job Description
Role Overview: Provides comprehensive nursing care by developing care plans, performing assessments, and supporting patients and their families physically, emotionally, and psychologically. Collaborates with healthcare teams, reviews physician prescriptions, and communicates effectively to ensure quality patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Develops and implements personalized nursing care plans based on patient histories and assessments.
• Coordinates with healthcare providers and documents patient progress accurately.
• Educates patients and families on health conditions, medications, and self-care practices.
• Evaluates and modifies care plans to meet changing patient needs and outcomes.
• Maintains a safe and compliant environment by adhering to infection control, medication, and safety protocols.
• Ensures proper operation and stocking of patient care equipment and supplies.
Qualifications And Skills
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the practicing state.
• Effective communication, visual acuity, and sound judgment skills.
• Preferred 1-3 years of clinical experience.
• Commitment to teamwork, confidentiality, and organizational standards.
