Job Description
Role: The RN Clinical Nurse is a key member of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care. They perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practice and critical thinking to individualize care.
Responsibilities: Coordinate care through effective partnerships, promote relationship-based patient care, and ensure timely documentation. Collaborate with team members, participate in performance improvement initiatives, and serve as a preceptor or mentor. Support evidence-based practice, research, and quality outcomes while adhering to organizational policies and standards.
Qualifications: Requires an Associate’s or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred), valid RN license (single or multi-state), and BLS certification. Strong communication, interpersonal, and critical-thinking skills are essential, along with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
