Registered Nurse (RN) - Oncology (Acute Care) - Full Time Days

The RN Clinical Nurse plays a vital role in delivering individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care within an interdisciplinary team. They utilize evidence-based practices, perform the nursing process, and adapt care to meet diverse patient needs, ensuring optimal outcomes. The role involves

• partnering effectively with patients and families through clear communication and shared decision-making

• collaborating with team members to promote safe, respectful, and inclusive care environments
• Responsibilities include coordinating care, supporting performance improvement initiatives, and participating in professional development, mentorship, and research activities. The nurse ensures compliance with organizational policies, clinical standards, and regulatory requirements, including accreditation standards. Qualifications include an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, licensure as an RN (single-state or multi-state), and current BLS certification. Preferred candidates have less than one year of direct patient care experience and demonstrate strong clinical, communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.
