Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Children's Oncology Department at a pediatric hospital.
Key responsibilities include: providing nursing care within the scope of practice, ensuring patient safety, reporting safety issues and errors, supervising team members, and individualizing care plans using the nursing process.
Qualifications: BSN required, at least 1 year of pediatric RN experience, strong communication and organization skills, proficient computer skills, and relevant certifications including BLS, ACLS, PALS, and chemotherapy certification. Pediatric oncology experience is preferred.
Skills needed: knowledge of regulatory standards, ethical practice, safety awareness, delegation, teamwork, and prioritization with measurable outcomes.
Additional details: night shift, 36 hours weekly.
