Job Description
Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in a Skilled Nursing Facility for Long Term Care.
Responsibilities: Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents, develop and evaluate care plans, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, delegate tasks, and support patients and families emotionally and educationally.
Qualifications: Active Maine RN license or ability to obtain promptly, strong communication, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a team-oriented mindset. Open to all experience levels, including new graduates.
Key Duties: Deliver personalized patient care, coordinate transfers and discharges, and may mentor students and new staff. May perform supervisory roles as needed.
