The RN provides safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies and standards, demonstrating patient-centered care and service excellence. They offer professional leadership and support to the healthcare team, overseeing and guiding staff under their supervision.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care across various departments, including maternity, neonatal, and gynecologic services.
• Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and commitment to service excellence.
• Supervise and support healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Minimum of one year acute care experience or completion of a specialty course.
• Current RN license in the state; BLS, ACLS, PALS (for pediatric), or NRP certifications as applicable.
• Additional certifications may be required by department or specialty.
