The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care within a patient care team, focusing on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs. They serve as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient-centered care and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor, evaluate, and respond to patient conditions, supporting care plans and promoting wellbeing.
Deliver safe care according to policies, document assessments, and communicate effectively with the care team.
Advocate for patients, address concerns, and educate patients and families on health issues.
Participate in performance improvement initiatives, contribute ideas, and support organizational goals.
Maintain professional competence, licenses, and certifications; pursue growth and leadership opportunities.
Mentor colleagues, foster a positive work environment, and uphold standards of confidentiality, safety, and professionalism.
Qualifications & Skills
Associate or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).
Certifications: BLS (Instructor or standard), required upon hire.
Strong communication, critical thinking, and collaborative skills.
Additional Duties
