Role Overview

Seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician to deliver rapid, evidence-based care in high-pressure environments, ensuring clinical clarity and calm during critical moments. The role involves providing coverage at both a community hospital and a free-standing emergency department, managing all aspects of community emergency medicine, and collaborating closely with colleagues and consultants. The physician will participate in hospital committees, contribute to departmental performance, and engage with local leadership to uphold a patient-centered, high-quality care culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency care at multiple facilities, including a 30-bed ED and a 10-bed free-standing ED.
• Manage all aspects of emergency medicine in a community hospital setting, including collaboration and patient management.
• Contribute to hospital committees and organizational success.
• Work within a well-staffed, cohesive team of physicians and APPs, emphasizing teamwork and patient-centered care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Board-certified or eligible in emergency medicine.
• Collaborative, patient-focused team player.
