Role: Pediatric Operating Room Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive perioperative care to pediatric patients, including pre-op assessments, family education, intraoperative monitoring, and post-anesthesia recovery support.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical team to ensure patient safety, sterility, and adherence to evidence-based practices.
• Maintain a focus on delivering high-quality care in a flexible, dynamic environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Registered Nurse license with pediatric or operating room experience preferred.
• Strong clinical skills in perioperative care, patient safety, and teamwork.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse healthcare teams and families.

Key Duties

• Assess and prepare pediatric patients for surgery.
• Monitor intraoperative procedures and support anesthesia recovery.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices throughout perioperative care.
