Job Description
Join a caring and supportive team as a Registered Nurse in a Medical-Surgical unit, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and fostering professional growth.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient assessments, integrating subjective and objective data to determine care needs.
Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and adjust individualized care plans.
Advocate for patients by educating them, prioritizing interventions, and ensuring timely treatment execution.
Administer medications, provide routine nursing care such as IVs and dressings, and respond effectively to critical situations like CPR.
Continuously evaluate patient progress, modifying care plans to meet evolving needs and achieve optimal outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
At least one year of acute nursing experience; medical-surgical experience preferred.
Current RN licensure and BLS certification required.
Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
Key Duties
Provide compassionate, evidence-based care; collaborate with healthcare team; advocate for patient safety; adapt care plans based on ongoing assessments; and support patient education and comfort.
