Your Role as a Registered Nurse:

As a key member of our healthcare team, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while collaborating with medical providers and nursing staff. Your responsibilities will include:
• Assessing patient conditions upon admission and during each shift, swiftly identifying and addressing any changes.
• Performing medical procedures and functions as directed by medical providers while ensuring accurate and timely documentation of all patient care.
• Administering prescribed medications and monitoring patients for therapeutic responses, taking appropriate actions when necessary.
• Providing exceptional care by responding timely to patient needs and proactively anticipating their requirements.
• Educating patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, side effects, and follow-up care to promote understanding and ensure complete care.

What We Are Looking For:
• Associate Degree in Nursing or a registered nursing diploma.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Current licensure as a registered professional nurse in the state of practice or an active compact license.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
