Registered Nurse - Oncology

Role Overview: Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by team members. Coordinates patient care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, aligning with organizational standards and values.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive nursing care, assess patient needs, and perform duties in accordance with mission and standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills: Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program, hold a current RN license, and meet all state licensing requirements. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds, prolonged standing, and mobility tasks such as reaching, bending, and kneeling. Certifications required include Basic Life Support (BLS), with additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or specialized course certifications based on unit needs.
