Job Description
Role: Registered Nurse in a Medical-Surgical unit, providing comprehensive bedside care to a diverse patient population.
Responsibilities include: Conducting patient assessments, administering medications, managing wound care, developing discharge plans, and supporting patient and family education.
Collaboration: Work closely with physicians and allied health professionals to ensure quality patient care.
Documentation: Accurately document care activities in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
Qualifications & Skills: Current RN licensure, strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and teamwork abilities, with a focus on compassionate patient-centered care.
Key Duties: Provide high-quality bedside care, support patient recovery, and contribute to a positive, team-focused healthcare environment that emphasizes professional development and community health impact.
