Job Description
Role: Registered Nurse in a Medical-Surgical team.
Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive bedside care, including assessments, medication administration, wound care, and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals to ensure quality patient care.
• Document all care accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Support patient and family education to promote understanding and engagement in care.
Qualifications & Skills
• Current nursing license (RN).
• Strong clinical skills in medical-surgical care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
