Role: Radiation Therapist
Responsibilities
Deliver safe, precise radiation treatments following physician treatment plans
Operate linear accelerators and perform accurate patient setup and imaging
Ensure strict adherence to radiation safety and quality standards
Educate and support patients and families throughout treatment
Collaborate closely with oncologists, physicists, and nurses
Maintain detailed electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
Qualifications And Skills
Knowledge of radiation therapy procedures and safety protocols
Ability to operate radiation equipment accurately
Strong communication and patient support skills
Team-oriented with collaborative mindset
