Hiring: Project Manager – Life Sciences Domain

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong Life Sciences domain experience to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive projects from planning through delivery.

Location: Schaumburg / Chicago, IL – Hybrid

Type: Contract

Key Requirements
• 5+ years of Project Management experience leading cross-functional teams
• Strong experience managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience facilitating requirements gathering, project planning, status reporting, and executive presentations
• Ability to lead and influence teams without direct authority
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Office Suite

AI Skills – Important

The ideal candidate should be comfortable using enterprise-approved AI tools as part of their daily workflow, including tools such as:
• Microsoft 365 Copilot
• GitHub Copilot
• Enterprise-approved GenAI platforms
• AI-assisted documentation and analysis
• AI-driven productivity and decision-support workflows

Candidates should demonstrate the ability to apply AI to improve productivity, delivery quality, documentation, analysis, and project execution, along with a willingness to continuously learn evolving AI capabilities.
