Quick Facts Location: 480 East Division Street, Fond du Lac, WI 54935 Start Date: 11/01/2026 End Date: 01/31/2027 Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM Shift: Day shift, 8 hours (with 2 hours gratis) Hours/Week: Approximately 40 hours Employment Type: Contract (13 weeks preferred) Licenses/Certifications: WI Medical License (IMLC/compact accepted), BLS, Chemotherapy Certification (ONS), Bone Marrow Biopsy Certification Experience: 1-3 years in Medical Oncology Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $507.00 Benefits include: Weekly pay through direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You ll Do Manage new patient consultations and follow-ups in a hospital outpatient oncology clinic Support chemotherapy supervision and orders for a diverse cancer patient population Provide inpatient rounding independently and alongside APP team members Oversee oncologic emergencies and participate in tumor board reviews Engage with a multidisciplinary team including radiation, oncology nursing, and pharmacy Utilize Epic and Aria EMR systems to ensure accurate documentation Coordinate patient care for a variety of malignancies including breast, lung, colorectal, prostate, pancreatic, gynecologic, melanoma, and skin cancers What You Need MD/DO licensed in Wisconsin (IMLC/compact accepted) Board Certified in Medical Oncology 1-3 years of relevant experience in oncology Current BLS, Chemotherapy, and Bone Marrow Biopsy certifications Strong skills in chemotherapy management, oncologic emergency responses, and multidisciplinary collaboration About the Assignment This role is based at a leading facility in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, specializing in outpatient medical oncology care and infusion services. The provider will work within a team supporting patient management in a busy 13-chair infusion center, covering both outpatient and inpatient caseloads, with a focus on providing high-quality cancer treatment. Credentialing is managed through SSM, and onsite orientation will be provided.
