Physician - Hospice/Palliative Care

We are seeking a compassionate Palliative Care Physician to join an interdisciplinary team in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities Include

• Providing inpatient care to patients with serious, life-threatening illnesses
• Managing symptoms and supporting patients and families
• Building collaborative relationships and educating colleagues and patients
• Helping to develop and grow the Palliative Care program within the community

Qualifications And Skills

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Hospice and Palliative Medicine
• Fellowship training preferred, open to completing fellows
• Ability to work independently in a start-up environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
