Physical Therapist

Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to plan and implement treatment programs across all patient age groups, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

• Assess patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and modify interventions based on ongoing evaluations.
• Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members using verbal, written, and non-verbal skills.
• Participate in professional development, share knowledge, and contribute to department quality improvement efforts.
• Mentor staff and students, providing training, assessments, and feedback to support growth and education.
• Maintain department policies, safety, infection control, and documentation standards.
• Recognize and address patient, staff, and team stressors with effective coping strategies.
• Promote evidence-based practices through participation in departmental activities.

Qualifications Include

• High School Diploma or GED, and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• Licensed Physical Therapist and BLS Certification (must be obtained within 90 days).
