Role:
Radiation Therapist
Responsibilities:
Operate linear accelerators to deliver precise radiation treatments.
Perform accurate patient setup and imaging to ensure correct treatment delivery.
Follow physician treatment plans while adhering to radiation safety and quality standards.
Educate and support patients and families throughout treatment.
Collaborate with oncologists, physicists, and nurses to coordinate care.
Maintain detailed electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
Knowledge of radiation therapy procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Strong communication and patient support skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
