Pharmacist - Full Time

Role Overview: The Staff Pharmacist is responsible for delivering exceptional patient care by dispensing medications, providing counseling, administering immunizations, and supporting clinical services within a retail pharmacy setting. They support the Pharmacy Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining pharmacy performance standards.

• Key Responsibilities: Manage safe medication dispensing, offer compassionate patient care, support immunizations, assist in inventory management, and uphold regulatory compliance. Act as the pharmacy leader in the absence of the Pharmacy Manager, coaching team members and ensuring efficient workflow.
• Patient Focus: Enhance patient experiences through empathetic communication, collaboration with healthcare teams, and proactive resolution of medication or insurance issues.
• Operational Duties: Support pharmacy compliance, manage inventory including cold chain products, and contribute to a safe and inclusive team environment.
• Clinical Support: Deliver pharmacist-led clinical services such as testing and prescribing where permitted, and stay current with industry standards and training.

Qualifications & Skills: Active pharmacist license, valid NPI, and compliance with federal and state regulations. Must demonstrate strong communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, physical stamina, and customer service skills.

Additional Requirements: Flexibility for scheduling needs, ability to lift up to 20 lbs., and a commitment to continuous learning. Preferred experience includes 1-2 years in pharmacy or related fields.
