Pediatric Occupational Therapist

The Occupational Therapist will work closely with children, families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary therapy team to provide coordinated, child-centered care.



Key Responsibilities





- Conduct pediatric occupational therapy evaluations and re-evaluations.
- Develop individualized and functional treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-informed treatment addressing sensory, motor, self-care, regulation, and participation needs.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other therapy professionals.
- Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation.
- Participate in team communication, case consultation, and care coordination.





Qualifications





- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Current or eligible Washington State Occupational Therapist license.
- Current NBCOT certification.
- Pediatric clinical experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with families and a multidisciplinary team.





Job Highlights



Location: Bothell, Washington



Schedule: Monday-Friday, approximately 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with some flexibility



Employment Type: Full-time preferred; part-time may be considered



Salary: $70,000-$105,000 annually, depending on caseload and experience



Medical Benefits: Approximately 90% employer contribution



Continuing Education: Up to $750 annually



Additional Compensation: Potential profit-sharing/incentive bonuses
