Job Description

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Transformation Leader to help build an AI-enabled, integrated, and agency-light creative and content operating model. The role will focus on creative workflow transformation, selective in-housing, marketer self-service, DAM, AI/Adobe capabilities, agency optimization, and measurable value realization.





Key Responsibilities


- Assess current creative, production, post-production, and asset-management workflows.
- Design future-state operating models, workflows, governance, roles, and work-allocation strategies.
- Evaluate in-house, agency, hybrid, and self-service delivery models.
- Identify opportunities for automation, AI, standardization, and in-housing.
- Develop pilots and roadmaps with measurable quality, speed, capacity, cost, and adoption targets.
- Partner with Adobe, Product, Technology, Finance, Sourcing, Legal, Risk, and Creative teams.
- Evaluate capabilities across Creative Cloud, Firefly, GenStudio, Frame.io, AEM Assets, and Workfront.
- Establish workflow, DAM, metadata, taxonomy, governance, and approval requirements.
- Build business cases, cost models, scenario analyses, and value-realization frameworks.
- Analyze agency scopes, staffing models, rate cards, contracts, and production costs.
- Lead change management, stakeholder alignment, training, and adoption.
- Develop executive recommendations, roadmaps, milestones, and decision frameworks.






Required Qualifications


- Significant enterprise transformation or operating-model redesign experience.
- Background in creative operations, marketing operations, in-house agencies, creative production, content supply chain, or agency transformation.
- Knowledge of end-to-end creative workflows from briefing through delivery and reuse.
- Experience taking initiatives from current-state assessment through implementation and operational handoff.
- Practical knowledge of generative AI and automation in creative/marketing environments.
- Experience evaluating technology against business and workflow requirements.
- Strong business-case, financial modeling, and value-realization experience.
- Ability to evaluate agency scopes, staffing, rate cards, and production costs.
- Strong executive communication, facilitation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.

- Adobe Creative Cloud, Firefly, GenStudio, Frame.io, AEM Assets, or Workfront.
- Enterprise creative technology transformation.
- In-house agency/internal creative studio development.
- Agency-side creative operations or production transformation.
- DAM, metadata, taxonomy, rights, and asset governance.
- Photography, video, social, motion, versioning, or content adaptation workflows.
- Marketer self-service or template governance.
- Regulated-industry experience.
- Supplier strategy, sourcing, contract restructuring, or agency optimization.






The pay range for this position is 67 to 72/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
