Job Description
Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) to provide direct patient care in a high-acuity oncology unit.
Key Responsibilities Include
Assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care in collaboration with an interprofessional team.
Educating patients and families on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
Promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Developing individualized care plans with clear goals and ensuring communication across care teams.
Assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, including cultural and spiritual considerations.
Maintaining a safety-sensitive role requiring constant alertness.
Qualifications And Skills
Graduate of Nursing Diploma or ADN; BSN preferred.
Valid RN license; less than 2 years of experience preferred.
Ability to work in a dynamic, high-acuity environment.
Additional Details
Work in a specialized 32-bed oncology unit focusing on leukemia, stem cell transplants, and related treatments.
Participate in rotating shifts; sign-on bonus available.
