Job Description
Role: Registered Nurse in the Oncology Infusion team.
Responsibilities
• Administer chemotherapy and biologic infusions safely and effectively.
• Manage central lines and perform comprehensive patient assessments.
• Coordinate complex care plans for oncology patients.
• Educate patients and families about treatments and care procedures.
• Monitor for adverse reactions and respond promptly.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and interprofessional teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills
• Current RN licensure with relevant oncology or infusion experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, clinical judgment, and patient education skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice, ongoing learning, and professional growth.
