Oncology Clinic RN - Hourly Rate Negotiable

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Oncology to join a 24/7 Cancer Care Clinic.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Providing direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.
• Educating patients and families on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Participating in patient safety, quality improvement, and professional development activities.
• Developing and documenting individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and caregivers.
• Assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and barriers to involvement in care.
• Initiating care for hospitalized patients meeting specific criteria and managing urgent needs within the outpatient infusion setting.

Qualifications And Skills

• Minimum Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Licensure: Valid RN license.
• Experience: Entry-level acceptable, with less than 2 years preferred.
• Strong critical nursing skills, patient-centered approach, and safety awareness are essential.
