Role: RN Specialty – Cancer & Hematology
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive and compassionate care to oncology and hematology patients.
Coordinate and deliver evidence-based treatments, including chemotherapy and biotherapies.
Monitor patient responses and manage symptoms effectively.
Educate patients and families on care plans, side effects, and self-care strategies.
Collaborate with oncologists, hematologists, pharmacists, and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills
Registered Nurse (RN) licensure with relevant clinical experience in oncology and hematology.
Strong understanding of cancer and blood disorder treatments.
Excellent communication and patient education skills.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and clinical excellence.
