Job Description
Role: Staff RN in Blood and Marrow Transplant & Med Surg Oncology unit.
Responsibilities Include
Providing evidence-based, compassionate care to complex oncology and BMT patients.
Administering chemotherapy, transfusions, and managing symptoms.
Coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team.
Educating patients and families on treatment plans and care.
Ensuring safety and infection-control protocols are followed.
Qualifications And Skills
