Sr. Territory Account Manager

Territory: Minnesota
Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 Base
Overview
Hiring for a Sr. Territory Account Manager with a growing global biopharmaceutical company. This individual will drive territory growth across a specialty portfolio spanning Oncology, Retina, and Immunology, while managing key health systems, IDNs, specialty clinics, and community accounts.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive territory growth and achieve sales objectives across specialty accounts
• Manage relationships with healthcare stakeholders and decision-makers across institutional and community accounts
• Drive growth across oncology, immunology, and retina
• Navigate buy-and-bill, reimbursement, formulary/access, and account economics.
Experience and Skills
• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience
• Oncology experience highly preferred
• Retina/Immunology experience is a plus
• Understanding of institutional account management in buy-and-bill environments
• Knowledge or reimbursement, and formulary processes
• Established relationships throughout the territory
• Strong track record of success
