Qualifications:

• Masters or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

• Active state Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility)

• Previous experience in a school-based OT setting preferred

• Proficiency in delivering OT services via teletherapy platforms

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students via a secure teletherapy platform

• Work alongside educators and special education professionals to develop and implement IEP goals

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with school and state standards

• Support teachers and families with strategies to maximize student engagement and participation

• Assess student needs and recommend adaptive tools, accommodations, or modifications as appropriate

• Participate in IEP meetings, data collection, and related school functions remotely
